Holy Farming

There seems to be a new phenomena in this city of regular phenomena- the restaurant garden.
Many food establishments are diligently seeking local produce and livestock to feed their minions.
Some have even started their own farms- beside the parking lot, up on the roof, over by the homeless guy- no matter.
One of my favorites (for it’s size, abundance, and care) is the ‘Farm’ growen by, and for, Ye Olde College Inn.

I’m not sure if the land is leased from the Seminary of Notre Dame (across the street) or just blessed by them, but chef Brad McGehee sure knows how to cook-up miracles.

Maybe it’s the (Holy)water?
So orderly-
almost like church pews all lined up.

Every garden needs a table- or 2

Love the shed!
That’s my kind of church.

St. Joseph at the gate.
I took this to be a blessed sign to enter-
without permission

Fabulous zebra eggplant

A squash- so soon?
It must be a miracle!
