JoAnn- need I say more?

     A good restaurant equals organization +training + location. 
     A great restaurant shows the inner reflection of it’s muse- be it chef/ owner/ other. 
     If the muse is worth their salt (no pun intended) we see how their mind works, how their soul feels, how they feel about us- before we even meet. 
     When a restaurateur is as whimsical, intelligent, devoted, and talented as JoAnn Clevenger, of Upperline Restaurant, you are dining in just such a place, with just such a person, who loves you already and wants to feed you good.
     I applaude the establishment’s Three Course $40 dining menu- the selections are broad and the bill is  simple. 
     I always order the Fried Green Tomato with Shrimp Remoulade, Louisiana Veal Grillades over Cheesy Grits, and finish with a Brandy Alexander on the Rocks. 
     I would have snapped pic’s but I was too busy eating, drinking, and smiling.
     And, oh yes, gabbing with JoAnn.
