Remarkable unRemarkable Meals

     Last night it was just too damn hot to cook anything interesting- too hot to even chew. Really.
     What to do?
     We fell back on an all-american favorite- the hamburger- grilled to perfection, covered in melted blue, tucked between a garlic-buttered grilled onion bun. 
     Accompanied by a dozen chilled deviled eggs and a tomato/cucumber/crouton salad (recipe next door) it turned out to be one of the most remarkable unremarkable meals of the summer.

     Sometimes Simple is Good.
